How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

What is your cancellation policy?

After making purchase, customer have a 24 hours window to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.

After that the 24 hours have passed, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.

 

What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should note it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage.

Please send pictures to support@primeselectionsusa.com if any of your items arrive damaged, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired product and click "Add To Cart" to begin an online order. Then, press check out. Finish the checkout process by entering your billing and shipping details. 

 

How do I know when my order will ship?

You will receive an email confirming the credit card authorization and shipping/billing details as soon as your order is placed.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will process it right away and send you an email confirming that it has shipped along with a tracking number.

If an item runs out of stock, you will receive a notification by phone or email within one business day. Although we go to great lengths to guarantee that every product listed on our website is available, due to high demand, items frequently sell out very quickly.

 

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

For every order you place, an email confirmation will be delivered to the address you provide. For your records, we advise you to print and save the email confirmation. To guarantee that you receive your order confirmation, please make sure that your email address is entered correctly.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is not applied unless the order is being shipped to Illinois, as we are based in Illinois. When compared to ordering from somewhere else, this alone can save you hundreds of dollars.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can modify your order for free by sending us an email at support@primeselectionsusa.com with your request. If there is a price difference, it will be applied to your card or you will receive a personalized invoice from us. Changes to orders can only be made before shipment.
