EASY TO INSTALL: The Anchor Gym is very easy to install. Wood mounting hardware is included. For concrete or block walls use 5 /16 (diameter) x 2.5 -inch (length) sleeve anchors. Detailed installation instructions are included in the Digital Owner's Manual on Page 13.
